Issue: A manufacturing company was implementing an MRP system and needed to automate their supply chain.
Solution: We worked with different suppliers to understand and evaluate their system and file formats. We implemented a middleware to collect these data from discrete systems and feed it into the MRP system.
Benefit: The MRP system was kept up to date automatically with the supplier information.
Detention Case Management:
Issue: Paper and legacy system processes, which did not automatically communicate with the court and information gathering was difficult.
Solution: We worked with each detention user and management to identify high priority business requirements and converting them to technical requirements that a local software company could use to develop a custom portal based system. We used a shadowing, story telling, role playing, brainstorming and multiple build to give the user and the Software Company the correct requirements.
Benefit: Detention is fully automated, they have all the information they need at a click of a button and the local software company has a product that they can replicate in other detention facilities.
Juvenile Court Management System:
Issue: Paper and legacy system processes, users were spending lot of time keeping track of court orders, offenses and other data. They had to call to the main office to get information when the officers needed information from a remote location.
Solution: We formed small groups and started with very high level requirements gathering to reach the core set of requirements. This way prioritizing the requirements became easy. The groups were dynamic and had compliance specialist imbedded. Hence without affecting the courts day-to-day work we were able to get high priority business requirements and converting them to technical requirements that a local software company could use to develop a custom portal based system.

Issue: A pharmaceutical manufacturing company was implementing LIMS system that will to be used in all the site of the world.
Solution: We worked with different sites to get there requirements for 21 CFR Part 11 validation and then created Validation Activity Table (VAT) and Operation Qualification (OQ) software testing script for Certificate of analysis (COA).
